In the beginning, 
God was the only Other.
Then the Serpent used 
seductive words to invent politics. 
The Garden of Eden -
Ground zero of They.

Sentenced to responsibility
(to fend for themselves),
Humans became resourceful
(the real power games began). 

Division bore fruit and multiplied.  

With division,
They 
brought us together. 
With derision,
They 
unified the cause.
With petition,
They
molded our mindsets.
With suspicion,
They 
forged fatal weapons. 

Lies remade the rules.

They in the flags,
They in the biology,
They in the culture,
They in the arts;
They in the technology,
They in the schools,
They in the science,
They in the rules. 

God cried: Wherefore art thou, We?

They, 
spot-lighted the skin. 
They, 
held spectrum as opposites. 
They, 
segmented the continuum;
They, 
nullified the expanse.

The eyes filtered by lies. 

We, 
radiating inside to out. 
We, 
healing without judgment. 
We, 
connecting spaces of distinction.
We, 
fashioning solutions from differences. 

Truth unpolitical unites.
